K-beauty trends may have popularized the ten-step skin-care routine, but I was never a true fan. Who has the time? The energy? The money? I do, however, believe that there are three basic cleanser, moisturizer, and SPF. If you can’t be bothered to do anything else, try at least to apply those products. But then comes the question: Which cleanser, moisturizer, and SPF should I be using? The answer varies depending on your skin type and budget (although you can find some excellent options on my bigger Prime Day K-beauty deals roundup). However, there is one particular moisturizer from Korean skin-care brand Centellian24 that I recommend to everyone in my life — and it’s nearly 50 percent off on Amazon right now.

It’s a product that’s so good I keep at least one in rotation and two as backups at all times — even though I have dozens of other moisturizers to test for my job. I can always rely on the one from Centellian24 to soothe my skin and bring it back to equilibrium if I experience a reaction to another product or am having a bad-skin day. The star of the formula is TECA, a highly concentrated extract of Centella asiatica originally developed by a Korean pharmaceutical company to treat wounds. Because the Centella asiatica plant has properties that can help restore the skin barrier, calm irritation, and boost hydration, my rosacea-prone and dry-leaning skin loves anything with TECA in it. Beyond all that, the formula is non-greasy and my skin absorbs it so quickly that I hardly feel like I’ve applied anything at all. There’s no other cream I’ve tried that’s this lightweight yet provides the same, if not more, level of hydration as my thicker and heavier night creams. No wonder it’s a best seller in South Korea.
